Roger Cutting

Hi I am Roger I am a proud Londoner but Essex has become my adopted home now for many years.

I always was fascinated by radio as a kid and always knew that is what I wanted to do. I joined Hospital Radio Chelmsford as a 14-year-old, and absolutely loved it.

Since then, I went on to work as a mobile DJ and from time to popped up in the odd club or two.

Later I went on to work for a number of commercial radio stations which was always good fun. I am very excited to have now joined City Sound which plays a great mix of music. And it is great that a vibrant city like Chelmsford has it’s, own truly local radio station.
