John Mabey

Johnny began is radio career way back in 2004 working for the long since forgotten Dream 107.7fm in Chelmsford.

Since then he has DJ’d in many pubs, clubs and private functions. Specialising in lost and forgotten gems of the 1980’s.

He is also an established and award nominated playwright, having had professional productions produced across London and Essex.

Now also hosting his own podcast with fellow presenter David Arscott, playing forgotten nuggets and interviewing guests of the time, he is absolutely delighted to be joining the team at City Sound Radio.
